Unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags still attached can be returned for full refund only within 30 days of your order delivery date. 

All returns must be submitted via your account within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition – this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. 

No clearance/sale items, jewelry, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.

We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we, unfortunately, can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

Returns Process

You need to login into your account and click on orders to begin an exchange or return within the time window ( 30 days from the time your order is delivered). Once your return is submitted it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. We do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we’ve determined your item is in good condition you will refunded in your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

We’re unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we’re also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Final Sale Items

Discounted items, jewelry, swimwear, and items purchased on promotional sales are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

Bodysuits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. 

If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
